Our Mission is to develop our students physically, mentally, and spiritually through the art of Karate.
We are the 2nd oldest karate school in the Chicagoland area, and have been in business for over 43 years. We teach Mas Oyama's Kyokushin Karate. This form of karate is a very disciplined art that teaches fighting, strong mental and physical conditioning. We use Japanese terminology along with English to reinforce tradition.  Our instructors teach forms, kata and fighting techniques. We offer every sixth class Judo, Jujitsu, and grappling classes. Hanshi Gregory T. Johnson is the chief instructor and founder. He is a 8th Dan in Kyokushin karate and taught defense at the Chicago Police Academy. Besides teaching he currently is a licensed full time Private Detective.
